Education in the United States

Running a business and being a full-time college student at the same time is no easy task. Maintaining good grades in college is my first priority. After all, these four years will determine what kind of work I do for the rest of my life. All of the time that I need to spend studying in order to maintain my grade point average is taking a toll on my business. I might have to file for Chapter 13 soon. My business has not been making a profit for nearly four months and our backup funds are diminishing rapidly. I call this fund out “Oh no” fund. It is for when we are not making a profit, but still have expenses to pay off. I spoke with our creditors and we came to an agreement that my business would enter a three year plan to repay all of our debts while still staying in business. After all, how are we going to get the money to repay all of these debts if we have absolutely no income coming in? That is what is great about Chapter 13 it is possible to file for bankruptcy while maintaining all of your business’s functions.
