GRADUATION ROAD TRIP

I am so excited for our graduation trip. We are raising money for the trip. Our school had a dinner recently and we manned the coat rooms to hang up people’s coats and they tipped us. We made some money that way. We are putting up signs all around. “Moving Seniors” is our slogan because we are planning on taking a few day road trip to Washington DC and to tour New York City. I am so looking forward to the vast amount of shops I have heard about in Manhattan. I can’t wait to shop in Macy's and maybe I will get a peek at the bustling diamond district too. I know it will be cool climbing the Statue of Liberty and the Empire Building. I sincerely hope it won’t be cloudy that day because I so want to see the view. We are going to visit Ground Zero to pay our respects to the many that perished there. The “moving seniors” plan is to have fun and to do something meaningful too. We are moving on in our lives. Many of us are going to college and some of us to start new jobs. It’s a big new step in our lives and we want to jumpstart it on good deeds.
