GRADUATING COLLEGE
I am excited about getting my own place after I graduate from college. Right now I share a house with three girls I met in my sophomore year. We are going to move into a larger apartment in a month, off campus, so that we will probably still be roommates for a while after we graduate. We have all gotten used to each other’s quirks. One roommate is a neat freak, which is a good thing when it comes to our kitchen and living rooms. One roommate is hardly ever at home. The other roommate has taken over the linen closet in the hall for storing her diabetic supplies which she is trying to learn to par down just a little bit. The reason she has supplies in the linen closet is because the cabinet in her bathroom is already full of her day to day toiletries, and there is other stuff that needs to be kept in the bathroom. She has a few supplies in her own bathroom, but her Mom makes sure to keep her well supplied until she finds a job that will pay her enough money to buy her own. My roommate is gradually letting go of her Mom’s help.
